Delivery & Return


If you want to return your order, you can send an e-mail to with the request that you want to return the order. Do not forget to mention your name and order number in the e-mail. We will then send you a return label so that you can easily return your order. Please also indicate one of the following reasons for return in the email:

1. Order is damaged

2. Missing pieces


In order to be eligible for a refund, the product needs to be returned within 10 calendar days after the shipment of the purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged in any way. When returning a product any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. Please be aware that the return costs are applicable for the customer and make sure that the tracking code link is saved as proof of shipping. After we have received the item(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and process the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method that has been used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping charges of the order will be displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TEA Gaming Center is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
TEA Gaming Center is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You can also send an e-mail to for any help or information.

We advise you to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
